LEGAL NOTICES / TERMS OF SALE

If the product that you have purchased at POP SHOES does not fill your expectations, we will grant the returns in the 15 days following receipt, if the following terms are respected:

  • The product has not been worn.
  • It is still in its original box.
  • You have the invoice or receipt of the transaction.

In the case, where the returned product would not respect these terms, the product could be sent back to you and you may be charged with the cost of shipping.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

For all return requests, please communicate directly with the customer service of POP SHOES, to the following e-mail : support@chaussurespop.com to obtain the authorization and the directives which apply to your return.

No shipping charges will be reimbursed and you must assume the cost of transportation for your return.

In Store

Return the product to the store of your choice. Any product will be refund on-line, by the same method of payment of the purchase, within a period of 3 working days.

By Mail

If you return the package to the warehouse of POP SHOES, we will make the refund when we receive the package, by the same method of payment of the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the shipping time of the carrier, as well, as the treatment of the credit.
