COVID-19: Preventive Measures

All returns are put aside, in quarantine, for a minimum period of 3 days before being processed by our Delivery to residences only employees. Return to store free, return to head office at consumer's expense. We advise you to take out insurance in case of loss.

LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products you have purchased from Chaussures POP are not totally suitable for you, we will grant returns within 15 days of receipt, provided that the following terms are respected:

      • The item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

In the event that the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and the delivery costs may be charged to you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

A MAGAZINE

Return the item to the store of your choice. Any item will be refunded online using the same payment method of purchase within 3 business days.

BY MAIL

If you return the package to the Pop Shoes warehouse, we will issue the refund upon receipt of the package, by the same payment method of the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

Returns are at your expense.
