LEGAL NOTICE / TERMS OF SALE

If the products you purchased from POP Shoes do not fully suit you, we will accept returns within 15 days following receipt, provided all the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been worn.
  • It is still in its original box.
  • You have the invoice or receipt of the transaction.

If the return does not meet these criteria, the product may be sent back to you and shipping costs may be charged.

No exchanges for online purchases.

Please note that shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable in case of return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

IN STORE (Free)

Please go to the store nearest to you with your item.

Have your order form on hand. The item(s) must meet the criteria mentioned above.

The store clerk will notify us of your return.

Please note that refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the initial purchase within 3-7 business days. No refund on shipping fees.

If the shipping address on your order is located more than 100 km from a POP Shoes store, please contact us via online chat or at the following address:  support@chaussurespop.com to make arrangements.

 

BY CARRIER (At your expense)

If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us at the following email: support@chaussurespop.com

For any other normal return, if you return the package to the POP Shoes warehouse  (at your expense) by mail or Purolator, the merchandise must be properly packed to protect it. We advise you to take insurance in case of loss.

We will issue the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase. No refund on initial shipping fees and please allow 3 to 7 business days for the carrier’s shipping time as well as credit processing.

WARRANTY

All items offered by POP Shoes are new and free from defects. They come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used under normal conditions. In case of defect, we will request photos of the item clearly showing the wear and defect. If the request is approved, you must bring the item to the nearest POP Shoes store to obtain a refund according to the original payment method. Please note that no compensation or exchange will be made.
