The product selection is largely the same, except for certain products that may only be available in-store. Please note that depending on the store size, the entire collection may not be available everywhere.
How to check product availability in store?
Follow these simple steps to see the inventory of your local POP Shoes store:
- Click on "My Store" in the navigation menu. On mobile, tap the small location icon at the top of the screen.
- Enter your postal code or city name to find your store.
- Click on "Set as your preferred location".
- Shop as usual. On each product page, the inventory of your store appears directly above the “Add to Cart” button.

How does in-store pickup work at POP Shoes?
Shopping online while supporting your local store is simple and convenient! Here’s how to take advantage of our in-store pickup service:
Steps to follow:
- Select your preferred Chaussures Pop store on our website.
- Shop for products as usual.
- If the product is available in store, click on In-store Pickup.
- If you add multiple products, they will accumulate in your cart. You can then complete your order by selecting the Pickup option directly in the cart.
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours, notifying you that your order is ready for pickup in store.
- Payment is made in store when you pick up your order.
- On site, you can try on your items and even add more products to your purchase.
- If an ordered item is ultimately not available, you will receive a notification email.

Gift cards
Are gift cards redeemable online?
No. Chaussures Pop gift cards can be redeemed only in-store. This option allows you to explore our entire selection and fully enjoy the in-store shopping experience.

Shipping and delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order online on the carrier's website (Purolator/Canada Post).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed. If your purchase does not suit you, you can return it to one of our POP Shoes stores or by mail. For more information, please see our return policy.
Can I return or exchange my purchases?
Once we receive your order, you can return it to one of our POP Shoes stores or by mail. Please ensure the item has not been worn and is accompanied by its receipt as well as its original box. No exchanges for online purchases. For more details on refunds, please see our return policy.
