COVID-19: Preventive measures

It is possible that there is a delay for deliveries due to the carrier and the holiday season. Delivery to residences only. Return to store not available depending on your sector, return to head office. (See return policy for head office address).


Fixed charge Quebec and Ontario of $10 * except for Basse-Côte-Nord (regular service): 4 to 7 business days.

*Base-Côte-Nord fixed fee depending on the carrier $ (regular service).

Flat fee Labrador and Newfoundland of $55 (regular service): 4 to 7 business days.

Flat fee Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island of $19 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.

Fixed Manitoba fee of $23 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.

Flat fee Alberta and Saskatchewan of $25 (regular service) 4 to 7 business days.

Flat fee BC $28 (regular service) 4-7 business days.

Tracking control

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Generally shipments are made by purolator.

Delivery time

A delay of 4 to 9 working days must be allocated to the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada.

Pop Shoes can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock or attributable to the carrier.

Delivery attempt - Recipient not available

If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is unavailable to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left detailing the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for up to five business days.

If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to Pop Shoes. If you still want your package, delivery costs will be charged for this second shipment.
