Conditions and Restrictions

  • Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
  • Delivery to residences only.
  • No packages delivered to a post office box.
  • The billing address must match the one associated with the credit card used. If the address is different, we may request proof of residence to prevent any risk of fraud.
  • Orders from Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories will not be served by our company.

Enjoy free shipping with any purchase of $50 and over made in Québec and Ontario.
Some regions, such as Lower North Shore and Northern Quebec, are excluded from this promotion due to higher shipping costs.
For these areas, we will contact you to agree on delivery options and costs according to the available carrier.

Carriers

At Chaussures Pop, we are committed to offering fast and reliable delivery. For the majority of orders, we use Purolator, a Canadian courier service known for its speed and reliability.

For remote regions, notably the North Shore and Northern Quebec, where access to courier services is limited, we collaborate with Canada Post. In these areas, delivery times may be longer, and shipping fees may vary depending on the available carrier. We will communicate directly with affected customers to agree on appropriate shipping arrangements.

📝 Signature Required Upon Delivery

All orders shipped via Purolator require a signature upon delivery. However, you can fill out the Purolator form to authorize delivery without a signature. This form authorizes Purolator to leave the package at your address in your absence.

Warning: your home must be secure for the package to be left unattended. Note that in this case, we cannot be held responsible in case of theft, loss, or damage.

Orders shipped by standard postal service do not require a signature and are deposited directly in your mailbox.

📦 Canada Post Strike

However, for deliveries in certain remote regions, Canada Post remains our only available carrier. In these cases, there may be additional delays beyond our control.

Delivery Time

Under normal conditions, orders will be processed within up to 7 business days. Delays may occur depending on purchase volume. We do everything possible to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible.

Chaussures Pop disclaims all responsibility for delivery delays due to stock shortages, whether attributable to the carrier or not, or resulting from an agreement between the delivery location and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Chaussures Pop ships all orders with mandatory signature. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the delivery location, it means you consent to leave the package without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Therefore, if the package is lost or stolen following this delivery, Chaussures Pop is released from all liability and will not cover credit or replacement order costs.

Delivery Attempt - Recipient Unavailable

If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not available to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for a maximum of five business days.

  • If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be returned to Chaussures Pop. If you still want your package, delivery fees will be charged for this second shipment.
  • If you choose not to proceed with a new shipment, a credit corresponding to the value of the merchandise will be granted to you, excluding the initial shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
