Chlorophylle waterproof children's boots - AÉRIALYS

Chlorophylle children's duck-style boots are designed for cold and wet days. Their nylon and PU construction is combined with a waterproof membrane and 200 g of PrimaLoft® insulation to provide protection suited to fall conditions. The fleece lining contributes to comfort, while the molded fleece and EVA footbed provides a comfortable base. The rubber outsole completes the design of these boots, which are suited to children's outings.

If the products you purchased from POP Shoes do not fully suit you, we will accept returns within 15 days following receipt, provided all the following conditions are met:

• The item has not been worn.
• It is still in its original box.
• You have the invoice or receipt of the transaction.

If the return does not meet these criteria, the product may be sent back to you and shipping costs may be charged.

No exchanges for online purchases.

Please note that shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable in case of return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

IN STORE (Free)

Please go to the store nearest to you with your item.

Have your order form on hand. The item(s) must comply with the criteria mentioned above.

The store clerk will notify us of your return.

Please note that refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the initial purchase within 3-7 business days. No refund on shipping fees.

BY CARRIER (At your expense)

If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us at the following email: [email protected]

For any other normal return, if you return the package to the POP Shoes warehouse (at your expense) by mail or Purolator, the merchandise must be properly packaged to protect it. We advise you to take insurance in case of loss.

We will issue the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase. No refund on initial shipping fees and please allow 3 to 7 business days for the carrier’s shipping time as well as credit processing.

WARRANTY

All items offered by POP Shoes are new and free of defects. They come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used under normal conditions. In case of defect, we will request photos of the item clearly showing the wear and defect. If the request is approved, you must bring the item to the nearest POP Shoes store to obtain a refund according to the initial payment method. Please note that no compensation or exchange will be made.
