Purolator Delivery Without Signature (No Signature Required)
Purolator offers the No Signature Required (NSR) service, which allows a parcel to be delivered without a signature at the given address, anywhere in Canada.
This service is useful when you want your parcel left at your door or in a safe place, without anyone needing to be present at the time of delivery.
How Purolator’s No Signature Delivery Works
No signature delivery must be authorized in advance. To do this, Purolator provides a form for a single shipment.

Once the form is completed and sent according to Purolator’s instructions (see below), the courier will be able to leave the parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.
Instructions
- Fill out this form
- You must write on this sheet the Purolator tracking number you will receive by email as soon as the shipment is created at our warehouse.

Attach the sheet clearly where the courier should leave the parcel (e.g., on a door near the delivery spot).

The courier must be able to remove this form and will use it as
your one-time authorization to deliver the shipment without obtaining a signature.
If you cannot print the document, you may also leave a handwritten authorization notice.
On a blank sheet of paper, please write:
Notice to Purolator Inc. driver: This is to authorize you to leave my shipments at the door.
Then write:
• Your name in block letters
• Your signature
• The date
• Your address
• The Purolator tracking number(s)
Things to Know Before Choosing This Option
- No signature delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
- Purolator and the sender are not responsible in case of loss or theft after delivery.
- It is recommended to choose this option only if the delivery address is secure.
