Universal protector - Highly effective waterproofing - Nees

This spray waterproofer is designed to provide effective protection for a wide range of materials, including all types of smooth and buff leathers, suede, nubuck, textiles and synthetic materials. It repels snow, mud and dust, while preventing marks from forming. Its formula, completely invisible upon application, is free of PFOS and PFOA, thus guaranteeing safe and environmentally friendly use. However, it is important to note that it is not suitable for processing patent leather and metal materials.

Instructions

1. Remove coarse dirt and dirt.
2. Shake the can well before use.
3. Spray evenly 20 cm from the surface.
4. Leave to dry for approximately 15 minutes.

• It is still in its original box.

If the return does not meet these criteria, the product may be sent back to you and shipping costs may be charged.

IN STORE (Free)

Please go to the store nearest to you with your item.

Have your order form on hand. The item(s) must comply with the criteria mentioned above.

The store clerk will notify us of your return.

Please note that refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the initial purchase within 3-7 business days. No refund on shipping fees.

BY CARRIER (At your expense)

If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us at the following email: support@chaussurespop.com

For any other normal return, if you return the package to the POP Shoes warehouse (at your expense) by mail or Purolator, the merchandise must be properly packaged to protect it. We advise you to take insurance in case of loss.

We will issue the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase. No refund on initial shipping fees and please allow 3 to 7 business days for the carrier’s shipping time as well as credit processing.

WARRANTY

All items offered by POP Shoes are new and free of defects. They come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used under normal conditions. In case of defect, we will request photos of the item clearly showing the wear and defect. If the request is approved, you must bring the item to the nearest POP Shoes store to obtain a refund according to the initial payment method. Please note that no compensation or exchange will be made.
